1. Definition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
CSAE includes any content or behavior that:
- Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, trafficking or exploitation.
- Involves real or simulated sexual exploitation of minors.
- Encourages grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes.
- Shares or distributes images, videos, or other media of child sexual exploitation.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
We strictly prohibit:
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing any media that depicts CSAE.
- Soliciting, grooming, or engaging in communication with minors for sexual purposes.
- Any content that sexualizes minors, even if the content is fictional or generated.
- Any attempt to use the App to facilitate CSAE activities or networks.
3. Prevention Measures
- We provide clear guidelines for all App users on appropriate behavior and content.
- The App uses moderation systems to detect and remove CSAE content.
- We prominently display community guidelines that outline prohibited CSAE content and behavior.
- We ensure users meet age requirements for accessing the App.
4. Detection and Reporting Mechanisms
- A dedicated “Report” button allows users to easily report content or behavior that they believe violates our CSAE policy.
- Each report is promptly reviewed by our moderation team, who investigate and take appropriate action.
- If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@zaia.one so that we can take appropriate actions.
5. Response Procedures
When CSAE content or behavior is detected or reported:
- Content that is confirmed to violate CSAE standards is removed immediately.
- Offending accounts may be suspended or permanently banned in our sole discretion.
- We will take appropriate action, which may include reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations, if we become aware of content with child sexual abuse materials (CSAM).
- We preserve relevant data to support law enforcement investigations.
